Terms of Service for Soul Paths

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Soul Paths mobile application ("Soul Paths LLC" or the "App"), provided by SoulPaths LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Soul Paths, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use Soul Paths.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Soul Paths, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use Soul Paths.
2. Use of Soul Paths
a. Soul Paths is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You may use Soul Paths for your own personal wellness and enjoyment.
b. You agree not to use Soul Paths in any way that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.
c. You must be at least 18 years old to use Soul Paths. By using Soul Paths, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
3. Disclaimers
a. Disclaimer of Liability
To the extent not prohibited by applicable law, in no event will SoulPaths LLC, its affiliates, or licensors be liable for personal injury, or any incidental, special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages whatsoever, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use Soul Paths, regardless of the cause or form of action. For your safety, please ensure you are not engaged in any activities that require your immediate attention, such as driving or operating machinery, while using the app.
b. No Medical Advice
While the Soul Paths app aims to support physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being, it is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. The content provided, including affirmations, meditations, and light physical activities, is for informational and wellness purposes only. For any health concerns, always consult with a licensed healthcare professional.
c. No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee or warrant any specific outcomes or results from using Soul Paths. Your experience may vary.
d. Subscription Services
Certain features of the app require a subscription. Subscriptions auto-renew and must be canceled through your Apple App Store account settings. Refunds are managed and investigated by Apple.
4. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SoulPaths LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to your use of Soul Paths or any violation of these Terms.
5. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated Terms on Soul Paths. Your continued use of Soul Paths after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
7. Copyright Notice
a. All content provided through Soul Paths, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of SoulPaths LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.
b. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, or transmit any of the content provided through Soul Paths without the prior written consent of SoulPaths LLC.
c. Any unauthorized use of the content provided through Soul Paths may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws and could result in legal action.

9. Entire Agreement

Soul Paths is currently available for users within the United States only.
11. Data Requests
Users may request the deletion of their personal data by contacting hello@soulpaths.co.
12. Accessibility
Soul Paths supports screen readers and includes features such as audio elements and captions to accommodate users with different disabilities. We are committed to improving accessibility and welcome feedback at hello@soulpaths.co.
13. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of Soul Paths shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) Rules. Class action lawsuits are waived.
14. Force Majeure
SoulPaths LLC is not responsible for any failure to perform or delay in performing obligations due to events outside of our control, such as natural disasters, internet outages, or governmental actions.
