Get going in less than 1 minute.

  1. Tap ‘Create an account’ at the bottom of the login page.

  2. Enter your email address.

  3. Create a password.

  4. Accept the terms of use.

  5. Tap ‘Create your account’.

Tip: Accept push notifications for helpful reminders and tips.

Set your intention
Focus your energy and commit to your goals.

  1. Tap ‘Set your intention’.

  2. Scroll to review all options.

  3. Tap an intention.

Tip: Try to stick with one intention for 1-3 months to give yourself enough time to embody and integrate it.

Form your routine
Set yourself up for success with activities and guided prompts.

  1. Tap "the “View all activities” button.

  2. Tap the checkbox to add an activity to your routine.

  3. Tap an activity to see its prompts.

See which activities resonate with you at this time.

  1. Tap the clipboard icon under ‘My routine’ or ‘All activities’ from the bottom navigation.

  2. Swipe to see activities sorted by mind, body, and soul.

  3. Tap the checkbox to add an activity to your routine.

  4. Tap an activity to see its prompts.

Select a curated path
Still not sure where to start?

  1. Tap ‘Get inspired’ from the bottom navigation.

  2. Swipe to review all options.

  3. Tap ‘Choose this path’ to set it as your intention and routine.

Tip: You can customize curated routines by switching the intention, or adding or removing activities.

Switch your intention
Refocus your energy whenever you’re ready.

  1. Tap your current intention to review all options.

  2. Scroll through the list as needed.

  3. Tap an intention to set it as your current focus.

Explore guided prompts
Review in-depth details and guided prompts.

  1. Tap an activity to see its prompts.

  2. Tap the prompt’s image to see instructions.

  3. Tap the audio button to play the guided audio, if available.

Tip: You can view the prompt's transcript by double-tapping the top-left corner.

Mark your day as complete
Stay motivated and build better habits over time.

  1. Tap the check mark icon under ‘Mark today as complete’.

  2. Review your completed days from the calendar under 'My Profile'.

Tip: Every day will look a little different. You don’t have to complete every activity to be able to mark your day as complete.

Remove activities
Refresh your routine when you need to.

  1. Tap the X icon in the top-right corner of the activity in ‘My routine’ or deselect the checkbox from the activity under ‘All Activities’.

Tip: It’s never too early or late to change things up! Trust your intuition.
