Why I felt called to create Soul Paths

For most of my life, I’ve navigated the ups and downs of chronic pain and an autoimmune disease.

Along the way, I learned that true healing isn’t just about treating symptoms—it’s about reconnecting with yourself, listening to your body, and creating daily habits that support your well-being.

But staying consistent with self-care can be hard, especially when life feels overwhelming.

That’s why I created Soul Paths.

I wanted a space where mindfulness and holistic healing weren’t just ideas, but accessible, simple practices woven into everyday life.

I spent over a year learning how to develop an app that brings together guided meditations, breathwork, affirmations, movement, and energy work—all designed to help you slow down, tune in, and nurture yourself in a way that feels natural and sustainable.

Soul Paths isn’t just an app; it’s a reflection of my own journey, and my hope is that it becomes a tool for anyone looking to create more presence, peace, and connection in their life.

Whether you need a quick reset or a deeper daily practice, Soul Paths is here to support you.

You’re not alone on this path—we’re walking it together. 💛
